Planowane zmiany dot. przesyłek zagranicznych i deklaracji celnych

Iinformujemy, że planowane są zmiany w systemach Poczty Polskiej, wynikające z przepisów Światowego Związku Pocztowego (UPU). Celem zmian jest dostosowanie formularzy deklaracji celnych oraz danych przekazywanych do operatorów zagranicznych do aktualnych wymogów dotyczących klasyfikacji rodzaju zawartości przesyłki. Zmiany obejmą druki deklaracji celnych CN22 i CN23, a także wydruki tych deklaracji generowane w systemie Elektroniczny Nadawca, w zakresie określania rodzaju zawartości przesyłki.

Zakres planowanych zmian:

• było: „Próbka handlowa / Echantillon commercial”
  będzie: „Sprzedaż towarów pomiędzy przedsiębiorstwami (B2B) / Vente commerciale de marchandises (B2B)”
• było: „Sprzedaż towarów / Vente de marchandise”
  będzie: „Handel elektroniczny / Commerce électronique”

Planned Changes Regarding International Shipments and Customs Declarations 

We would like to inform you about upcoming changes in the systems of Poczta Polska, resulting from the regulations of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). The purpose of these changes is to adapt customs declaration forms and the data transmitted to foreign postal operators to the current requirements for classifying the type of shipment contents. The changes will apply to the CN22 and CN23 customs declaration forms, as well as to the printed declarations generated in the Elektroniczny Nadawca system, specifically in the section concerning the classification of shipment contents.

Scope of Planned Changes:

  New: “Podarunek (niehandlowa) / Cadeau (non-commercial)”
• Previously: “Próbka handlowa / Echantillon commercial”
  New: “Sprzedaż towarów pomiędzy przedsiębiorstwami (B2B) / Vente commerciale de marchandises (B2B)”
• Previously: “Sprzedaż towarów / Vente de marchandise”
  New: “Handel elektroniczny / Commerce électronique”
