We implement higher security standards

We would like to inform you that Poczta Polska, in line with the requirements of the DORA and NIS2 directives, is introducing additional network traffic security measures for connections to the Elektroniczny Nadawca systemem.

The implementation of enhanced security standards for the Electronic Sender website, available at https://e-nadawca.poczta-polska.pl, is planned for 16 April 2026.

These changes do not affect the system’s functionality; however, they may impact the ability to connect to the Electronic Sender system when using outdated or unsupported web browsers, as well as older WebAPI integrations. If your integration was built using obsolete technologies with low security standards that are no longer supported, it may become impossible to connect to the system without updates on your side.

Browser connection verification (website / GUI)

We have made available, in the integration environment, a test version of the Electronic Sender system with updated security rules at the following address: https://int-e-nadawca.poczta-polska.pl. If the website displays correctly, it means that your web browser meets the required security standards.

New integration endpoint for WebAPI connections and verification

A new endpoint with updated security rules is available in the integration environment for testing WebAPI connections to the Electronic Sender system: https://int-e-nadawca.api.poczta-polska.pl/websrv/To verify your WebAPI connection and integration, you must have a user account, which can be obtained through your account manager or by contacting our helpline.

New production endpoint for WebAPI connections

A new production endpoint with updated security rules is now available for establishing WebAPI connections to the Electronic Sender system: https://e-nadawca.api.poczta-polska.pl/websrv/

Important information

In the near future, the new integration and production addresses listed above will replace the currently used ones. We plan to disable the existing endpoints on 30 July 2026. The final date will be confirmed and published approximately one month in advance. You may already switch your systems to the new production endpoint after successfully completing your verification.
